The clients wished for an additional living and entertaining area within the curtilage of their corner property.

 

A combination of metal cladded and rendered volumes were proposed to accomodate a living area, a luxurious bath, Sauna and a small garage. The varying roof creates some drama and interest to their lovely garden.
